Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via multi-line phone systems, email, and in person at the front desk
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution using excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Manage office operations including filing, data entry, calendar management, and maintaining organized records using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Support administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing appointments, and coordinating meetings to ensure smooth office workflow
- Handle clerical duties including filing, document proofreading, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Utilize technical proficiency in computer literacy to update customer databases like QuickBooks and perform bookkeeping tasks when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to improve office management processes and enhance overall productivity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical experience
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, data entry, and typing speed
- Prior experience working with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and excellent phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients
- Experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, scanners, and basic technical troubleshooting skills

Pay: $23.27 - $28.03 per hour
