Salary or Hourly position working 48-52 hours per week.

We are in the process of restructuring our management teams and seeking 2 Restaurant Managers per location to share the responsibilities of running the store. 2 weekends off per month in the restaurant business! That is our goal!

Responsibilities:
As a Restaurant Store Manager at Little Caesars Pizza, the individual would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Some key responsibilities typically
include:
- Managing staff: This involves hiring, training, and scheduling employees, as well as
providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction: The store manager should prioritize excellent customer
service and handle any customer complaints or issues that may arise.
- Inventory and supplies management: They are responsible for monitoring and maintaining
proper inventory levels, as well as ordering supplies and managing costs.
- Operational efficiency: The store manager should ensure that all operational procedures are
followed, including food preparation, safety, and cleanliness standards, and
adherence to company policies.
- Sales and financial management: They should work towards achieving sales targets,
managing expenses and maximizing profitability for the store.
Qualifications:
- A Little Caesars Colleague must be at least 16 years of age.
- Dependable, hardworking, and the ability to handle pressure situations and stress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to express a positive
attitude towards others.
- The ability to understand and follow directions and instructions.
- The ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
- Someone that loves to cook and eat pizza!
