Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Computer Hardware (Part-Time)

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 25 Hours/Week | Between 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Summary:We are hiring a Warehouse Associate to support our computer hardware operation. In this part-time, in-person role, you’ll inspect, clean, label, and organize individual components from desktops, laptops, and servers—such as screens, motherboards, cables, fans, processors, and more.
You’ll generate barcode labels using our inventory system, package each item using the appropriate materials (including anti-static bags for sensitive components), and place them in designated bins and shelving units.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and interested in working hands-on with computer hardware.
Responsibilities:
- Generate system labels that include the item number, barcode, and bin location.
- Clean and visually inspect computer components before packaging.
- Properly bag and tag computer hardware parts, including (among others):
- Laptop and desktop screens
- Motherboards
- CPUs and processors
- Cables and power adapters
- Cooling fans and other internal components
- Use anti-static bags for sensitive components and standard packaging for all other items.
- Apply system-generated labels to items and packages.
- Place items in the correct bin or shelving location based on the label
- Maintain workspace cleanliness and follow safe handling practices.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and follow labeling/packaging protocols
- Comfortable using computers to generate and print labels
- Capable of lifting heavy items and standing for long periods
- Willingness to work on-site Monday through Thursday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Must be dependable and organized
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse, inventory, or electronics environment
- Familiarity with anti-static handling and packaging
- Interest in or knowledge of computer hardware components
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time: 25 hours per week
- Workdays: Monday – Thursday
- Hours: Flexible between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Location: On-site in Atlanta (Clayton County), Ga
- Pay: Hourly wage based on experience, starting at $17 per hour
