ActUp Theater is currently hiring for the Digital Manager role! The Digital Manager is responsible for supporting ActUp Theater’s overall marketing, communications, digital presence, and promotional strategy. This role manages the day-to-day execution of campaigns across social media, email, website, Eventbrite, paid ads, print materials, merchandise, and live events. The position requires someone who can move between creative work, technical updates, audience communication, campaign reporting, and cross-functional support for all ActUp theater programs and events.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for productions, academy programs, fundraising initiatives, and special events.
- Develop promotional timelines across social media, email, website, digital ads, and print materials.
- Coordinate campaigns around ticket sales, auditions, registration deadlines, and fundraising goals.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and sales data.
Social Media & Digital Content
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Develop graphics, videos, and captions to promote productions, events, and programs.
- Manage the content calendar and schedule posts across multiple campaigns.
- Organize and maintain digital assets including photos, videos, and creative content.
Email & Newsletter Communications
- Build and send marketing emails through Mailchimp.
- Create email campaigns for ticket sales, fundraising, auditions, academy programs, and events.
- Manage audience lists and email segmentation.
- Monitor email performance and optimize future campaigns.
Audience & Ticketing Analytics
- Track ticket sales, registrations, and campaign performance.
- Prepare reports on audience engagement and marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze trends to support future marketing strategies.
- Assist with post-campaign and production debriefs.
Fundraising & Donor Engagement
- Support fundraising campaigns through email, social media, and website content.
- Create donor communications including appeals, campaign updates, and thank-you messaging.
- Coordinate promotional materials for fundraising initiatives.
- Assist with scholarship, donation, and family communications.
Creative Design & Print Coordination
- Design promotional materials including flyers, posters, programs, and digital graphics.
- Prepare marketing assets for productions, events, and academy programs.
- Coordinate printing and vendor orders.
- Ensure all materials align with ActUp Theater's brand standards.
Website Management
- Update and maintain the ActUp Theater website using Squarespace.
- Publish content for productions, auditions, academy programs, and fundraising campaigns.
- Ensure website content is current, visually engaging, and user-friendly.
- Manage event pages, forms, links, and promotional updates.
Eventbrite Management
- Create and manage Eventbrite pages for productions, classes, auditions, and events.
- Configure ticketing, registration details, discount codes, and confirmation emails.
- Coordinate Eventbrite with the website, email campaigns, and social media.
- Monitor registrations and update event information as needed.
