The Association of Mature American Citizens (AMAC) is a membership organization with over two million members, and is growing quickly! AMAC is expanding its Membership Services Call Center in Albuquerque, NM.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with members in English.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update member information.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on member requests and provide necessary assistance.
- Analyze member needs and recommend appropriate solutions, applying sales and up-selling skills when applicable.
The right candidate for this call center position must have the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual a plus)
- Customer service background
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to conduct outbound calling
- Analysis skills for assessing customer needs
*Must have reliable transportation, as this position is on-site.
Full time, 35 hours per week.
Shift openings:
10 am to 6 pm
Salary: $15-$17 per hour.
