Salary Range: $32.62/hr – $48.93/hr

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with physician orders and care plans
Develop and implement patient-specific therapy goals
Provide direct therapy services in acute, rehab, or inpatient settings
Monitor progress and adjust treatments as needed
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to support best outcomes
Complete required documentation and comply with regulatory standards
Participate in mandatory on-site onboarding and training sessions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Florida Occupational Therapist license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience in acute care, inpatient, or rehab (must be specified)
