Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator. The Estimator will be responsible for assessing the damage to customers’ vehicles, providing accurate repair estimates, and working with insurance companies to ensure that the repair process runs smoothly. The Estimator will also be responsible for ordering necessary parts and materials and ensuring that repairs are completed on time. The Estimator will be working the front desk and will communicate with customers regarding their repairs, as well as work with the rest of the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 year experience as an Estimator.
- Required knowledge of CCC-One and Mitchell programs.
- Understanding of insurance claims and processes work with DRP.
- Great communication and customer service skills.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
- 21 year old minimum.
