Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during a variety of restorative and surgical procedures.
- Prepare operatories and patients for treatment.
- Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standards.
- Manage patient flow and support an efficient clinical schedule.
- Deliver exceptional patient care with professionalism and compassion.
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing outstanding patient care.
