POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager serves as a key client-facing point of contact and takes ownership of coordinating projects from inquiry through installation, ensuring a seamless, professional experience at every stage. Working alongside the Sales Executive team, this role independently manages the moving parts of active projects — client communication, proposals, documentation, and cross-team coordination — so that projects run smoothly and clients feel confident and cared for throughout.
This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role designed as a development path toward a Sales Executive position. The Project Manager is expected to build direct rapport with clients, deepen product and industry knowledge, and progressively take on greater responsibility for client relationships, with the clear goal of advancing into a sales role over time.
The ideal candidate is experienced, polished, and confident in front of clients, with strong organizational instincts, excellent communication, and the professional maturity to represent the company independently.
