Role Overview:
As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of NW Atlanta, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their daily activities and ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive at home. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care team to provide companionship, monitor health, and create a positive living environment. Whether you work part-time or full-time, you’ll have the flexibility to choose your schedule across seven days of the week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.

Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.

Administer medications as instructed and assist with basic health monitoring.

Help with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning, to maintain a safe and tidy environment.

Escort clients to appointments, social activities, and errands as needed.

Observe and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional condition to the care team.

Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and communicate effectively with team members.

Participate in training and professional development sessions as required.

Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; CPR and First Aid certification required.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients.

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus but not required.

Ability to maintain professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

Demonstrate compassion and dedication in supporting clients' needs.
Bonus If You:
- Are fluent in additional languages.

Have specialized training in geriatric care or specific health conditions.

Bring additional certifications related to caregiving or health services.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as Full-Time and Part-Time, and PRN with shifts available Monday through Sunday.
Location:
This position is on-site only in Roswell, Georgia.
