Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in menu planning by preparing components for daily specials and regular offerings
- Handle food with care, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Cook a variety of menu items efficiently, maintaining quality and presentation
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Serve food promptly and professionally to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service environments such as restaurants or catering operations
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
- Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with dietary department procedures or dietary aide responsibilities is a plus
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
