Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Assembly Supervisor to lead daily production activities on the plant floor. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations by supervising assembly and production lines, coordinating machine setup and maintenance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily assembly and production operations to meet quality, delivery, and output goals

Oversee equipment setup, changeovers, and operator assignments; ensure machines are production-ready.

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime and maximize equipment performance.

Review blueprints, work orders, and schedules to plan production resources and workflows.

Train, coach, and evaluate employees on safety, equipment operation, and quality standards.

Lead troubleshooting and implement corrective actions for production and equipment issues.

Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Qualifications
-
2+ years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory experience in a production or assembly environment.

Experience with assembly operations, machine setup, maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical documents.

Strong leadership, training, and team coordination skills.

Proficiency with production tracking and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
