The Role: One-on-one caregiving with a Middleton resident, mainly evenings (5:00–8:00 PM), flexible days. Their care is funded through Wisconsin’s IRIS or Family Care program. Support Broker Services, LLC makes the introduction and guides you through hiring — after that, it’s just you and your client.
What you’ll do:

Support personal care and hygiene in a way that builds independence.

Handle light housekeeping — laundry, dishes, keeping things tidy and safe.

Provide real companionship — conversation, shared activities, presence.

Help your client pursue the goals and hobbies that matter to them.

Drive to appointments, errands, and grocery/pharmacy runs.
