Job duties:
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, control drawings, and technical documentation
- Install, wire, troubleshoot, repair, and modify industrial electrical systems, control panels, machine controls, instrumentation, and production equipment
- Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment and industrial robotic systems
- Support systems integration projects involving automation, robotics, machine controls, industrial networks, and communication systems
- Participate in equipment start-ups, machine debugging, automation upgrades, and continuous process improvements
- Troubleshoot electrical components including motors, sensors, HMIs, VFDs, servo systems, and industrial control circuits
- Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Utilize hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge while troubleshooting equipment using blueprints and schematics
- Partner with Engineering, Production, and Maintenance to improve equipment reliability, safety, quality, and productivity
