We are seeking a skilled, well versed HVAC technician, who is willing to learn. Also someone who can service, diagnose, repair and install for residential properties.
Job Description:
- Perform preventative maintenance and service inspections
- Perform diagnostic and repair work
- Follow established technical and administrative processes
- Complete repair orders
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, office staff, and customers
- Remain current on technical and regulation requirements
- Perform road service calls as required
Requirements:
- 3-5 Years experience in the field of HVAC/HVAC equipment installation and repair
- Skills to install, diagnose and repair HVAC equipment independently
- Demonstrate proficient technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, materials, methods, and equipment to perform, prioritize, and complete job assignments
- High school diploma or equivalent technical trade school
- Proficient with iPad operation/use
- Valid driver’s license (Clean record necessary)

Pay: $58,240.00 - $110,000.00 per year
