The Ozzie Carranza Insruance Agency is looking for a motivated, personable, and sales-minded Client Review & Cross-Sell Specialist to join our growing insurance agency.
This position focuses primarily on working with our existing clients. Your role will be to conduct insurance reviews, build relationships with clients, identify gaps in their insurance, and uncover opportunities where our agency may be able to help them with additional products.
Prior insurance agency experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who already holds a California Personal Lines insurance license or a Property and Casualty License and has strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
