We’re seeking a Maintenance and Fleet Manager to oversee the reliability, safety, and performance of our vehicles, equipment, and facilities. This role is responsible for developing maintenance strategies, managing fleet operations, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and skilled at leading teams in fast‑moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Fleet oversight — Manage all company equipment (trucks, boats, etc.), including scheduling preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- Maintenance operations — Lead daily maintenance activities for facilities, equipment, and tools.
- Vendor management — Coordinate with external service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality work.
- Compliance & safety — Maintain DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards; ensure accurate documentation.
- Team leadership — Supervise technicians, drivers, and support staff; provide training and performance feedback.

Qualifications
- Experience in fleet management, maintenance supervision, or related operations
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, vehicle maintenance, and safety regulations
- Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross‑functional teams
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
