Pool Service Techs is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time role is the hub of our daily operations, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while supporting our field technicians and management team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, communicates professionally, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Starting pay $12-$16 per hour. Full time in office position. Employee must report to office in Spanish Fort/ Robertsdale Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Paid time off and paid holidays offered after allotted period of time with the company. Background check required.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text message communication in a professional manner while providing exceptional customer support
- Manage daily schedules and appointments for field technicians and management
- Handle client invoicing, billing, and monthly reconciliation of accounts using QuickBooks
- Prepare, submit, and track reports to management
- Utilize Microsoft platforms (Word, Excel, Outlook) for communication and administrative tasks
- Digital Marketing
- Support client needs and maintain organized office operations
- Material order, tracking, and usage reconciliation
- Prepare and submit estimates to clients
- Track pending repairs, warranty claims, and follow-ups on pending proposals
- Manage clients accounts in pool service software
- Help maintain a positive customer experience and build relationships to foster long-term client retention
