Early Bird Brunch is opening our brand-new Sioux Falls location and we are looking for Support Staff Team Members to join our team! We are hiring for Host/Hostess, Food Runner, and Busser positions. We are looking for energetic, positive team members who enjoy working with people and being part of a high-energy restaurant team.
As a Support Staff Team Member, you will help create an amazing guest experience by welcoming guests, keeping the restaurant running smoothly, supporting servers, and helping ensure every guest has a great visit.

Support Staff Responsibilities:
Host/Hostess:
- Welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Manage the waitlist and seating flow
- Communicate wait times and guest needs clearly
- Answer phones and assist with guest questions
- Help create a welcoming first impression for every guest
Food Runner:
- Deliver food to tables quickly and accurately
- Ensure plates are presented correctly and guests have everything they need
- Communicate with kitchen and serving staff to keep service running smoothly
- Assist servers during busy brunch rushes
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room
Busser:
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and guest areas
- Assist servers with guest needs
- Keep service areas stocked and organized
- Support the team in creating a great guest experience
Schedule:
- Open Monday–Sunday | 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
- Must be available to work weekends
