Erie Home is the #1 largest roofing company in America and is now hiring In-Home Sales Representatives. Our company is one of the oldest national home improvement companies in the industry and offers arguably one of the best training programs available. Many of the top salespeople in the country work here, and we are currently experiencing tremendous growth.
This can be an entry-level position for the right candidate, but experienced in-home closers are strongly encouraged to apply. What we bring to the table is pre-scheduled appointments — and that’s the real name of the game. In today’s marketplace, lead generation is everything, and we generate more leads than anyone. This is exactly where you want to be for the next 5, 10, or 15 years as we’ve recently partnered with LeafFilter through our merger with Leaf Home, which is just part of what’s new and exciting.
We’re looking for high-energy, persuasive individuals who can learn about home exteriors, master a proven script like an A-list actor, and put in the effort to become top performers nationally. The best sales reps become great on purpose. We are hiring top performers — or those determined to become one.
Minimum expectations for average salespeople are $100k–$125k annually, while top reps regularly earn $200k+.
