Hutt Construction is an established custom residential and commercial framing company looking for an experienced, highly skilled framer with 8+ years of framing experience to join our crew.

We’re looking for someone who shares that mindset: someone who knows the trade, takes pride in doing things the right way, and can be counted on to produce high-quality work every day.
This is not necessarily a crew lead or foreman position. We’re looking for a strong, experienced framer who can be a dependable #2 on the crew: someone who can work independently, solve problems, maintain a high standard of quality, and help keep projects moving without needing constant direction.
The right person will bring significant framing experience while still being willing to work as part of a team and contribute to the culture we’ve built at Hutt Construction.

What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of professional framing experience
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial wood framing
- Ability to read plans and execute work accurately
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Strong understanding of framing layout, sequencing, and construction methods
- High standard for quality and attention to detail
- Ability to identify and solve problems in the field
- Dependable, hardworking, and accountable
- Comfortable working closely with a crew lead and supporting the success of the entire team
- Willingness to communicate openly and work collaboratively
Leadership experience is a plus, but this position does not require you to be the primary crew lead. We value experienced framers who are excellent at their craft and can be relied on as key crew members.

Job Details
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 40 hours per week
Pay: $42.00–$48.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Location: On the road / various job sites
