This position is for a commercial construction superintendent. We are looking for a motivated self starter who does not require constant supervision. Travel is necessary. Reliability is necessary. Excellent communication skills with PJM ,coworkers and customers is necessary .
The commercial construction superintendent will be responsible for interior/exterior renovations and builds.
We do not do ground up builds.
The superintendent is responsible for starting projects and seeing them through to completion by or before the planned date of completion.
- The superintendent will be on site at all times subs are on site and must be able to communicate effectively with all subcontractors and be able to manage and monitor many subs at one time .
Basic knowledge of all facets of construction is required.
The superintendent will be required to self perform a variety of work on the site .
Previous verifiable commercial construction employment is mandatory.
The superintendent will be required to work in Florida , Georgia, North and South Carolina and Tennessee. Time on site can and will be days to weeks at a time.
Requirements: a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation-truck is preferable, own basic tools, the ability to read blueprints, own reliable phone
We are looking for a superintendent who is detail oriented and takes personal pride in the work they do and the projects they are responsible for completing.
Background check will be done during interview process , all licenses,certificates and education will be verified . A clean driving record is a must.
Wren Mattox does not provide a company vehicle. We pay mileage and provide a monthly allowance for vehicle maintenance . The superintendent will receive a bonus per project completed correctly and on time , bonus will be paid quarterly.
