The qualified individual must be an evangelical Christian committed to living a Biblical lifestyle. He/she is expected to demonstrate patience, humility, integrity, and kindness while performing his or her day-to-day duties. He/she must be devoted to prayerfully work with administration, faculty, students and parents to develop and maintain a school, which is thoroughly Christian and academically superb. Teacher will provide instruction in Physical Education insuring lessons meet standards established by ACSI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field
- Teaching certification/license in Physical Education
- Strong knowledge of physical fitness, sports, and health education
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities
- Familiarity with curriculum development and assessment in Physical Education
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Experience coaching sports teams (preferred)
