We are looking to hire drivers that have 7D endorsement Certificate to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have at least two years of experience as a 7D driver. He or she will be responsible for operating a Mini-Van to transport students to and from school or after school program. The ideal candidate needs to have a good driving record, punctual and professional. You will be expected to adhere to all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies to ensure smooth and safe transport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a 7D-class vehicle, ensuring all safety regulations and road rules are followed.
- Transport: Bring students to various destinations according to assigned schedules and routes.
- Pre-Trip Inspections: Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and safety.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally and courteously with passengers during transport.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transport, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure the vehicle is in good working order and comply with all safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Route Planning: Plan efficient and cost-effective routes, considering traffic, road conditions, and weather forecasts.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid 7D Driver’s License
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably with 7D-class vehicles or similar.
- Knowledge of vehicle safety and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent driving record and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with GPS systems and route planning tools
