We're looking for a skilled and dependable Fleet Mechanic to help maintain and repair our growing fleet, ensuring every vehicle operates at peak performance.

- Perform preventative maintenance and repair services on fleet vehicles
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational reliability
- Repair and replace vehicle components, including brakes, suspension, steering, and other essential systems
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair orders, and service documentation
- Work closely with fellow mechanics and maintenance leadership to meet service schedules and repair deadlines
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve vehicle issues
- Help minimize vehicle downtime through proactive maintenance and timely repairs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Previous experience as a Fleet Mechanic, Automotive Technician, Fleet Technician, or Diesel Mechanic preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Ability to identify mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective repair solutions
- Experience working with fleet vehicles is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable, safety-focused, and highly motivated
- Valid driver's license required
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required
