Responsibilities
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate life, health, property casualty, and commercial insurance products
- Negotiate policy terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction while maintaining compliance with insurance regulations
- Manage sales administration tasks including quoting policies, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records
- Educate clients on insurance benefits, coverage options, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and state-specific laws
- Develop marketing strategies to expand client base and increase brand awareness within target communities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and assisting with benefits administration when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing or related fields with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Solid negotiation skills coupled with analysis skills to assess client needs effectively
- Knowledge of insurance products including health insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance is preferred
- Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements such as HIPAA is a plus
- Strong organizational skills for sales administration and benefits management tasks
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional approach in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $44,563.13 - $2,101,839.48 per year
