This position combines floor leadership, wine stewardship, training, and market expertise within a fast-growing neighborhood eatery and market. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest experiences, coaching team members, guiding wine and food pairings, recommending cheeses and specialty products, supporting merchandising and displays, and building relationships with regular guests. The role also provides occasional coffee service and barista coverage, while supporting wine dinners, catering, and special events. Successful candidates are hospitality-minded, team-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable experiences through outstanding food, wine, and service.
Pay: $21.00 - $32.00 per hour
