4x10-hour shifts per day, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM

Minimum of 1 year of CVOR experience required, with active experience within the last 6 months

NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required; NCCT certification is not accepted in lieu of NBSTSA

BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required; certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start

State license required if applicable (e.g., VA, CO)

US SSN and DOB required for consideration

No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

One professional reference required (two required if candidate is from Florida or Missouri)

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible for this position
