What You’ll Do
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress
- Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members to ensure client success
What We’re Looking For
- Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
- Passion for working with children and individuals with developmental needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented mindset
