Position Summary The Office Administrator provides administrative and operational support across finance, procurement, executive administration, and general office operations. This role plays an important part in keeping daily business functions organized and running efficiently by supporting financial processes, coordinating procurement activities and shipments, assisting executive leadership, and ensuring a positive experience for both employees and clients.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, is fulfilled by helping others, is detail-oriented, a proactive and critical thinker, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This position works closely with multiple stakeholders and serves as a key resource in supporting the overall success of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support billing, invoice processing, expense tracking, and financial reporting activities.
- Coordinate procurement requests, vendor orders, shipment tracking, and internal communications.
- Prepare quotes and help maintain accurate procurement and accounting records and inventory levels.
- Provide administrative support to Executive Leadership (3 individuals).
- Assist with office operations, employee recognition programs, and internal events.
- Provide occasional support for marketing initiatives and sales administration.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, accounting support, or related experience.
- 1+ years of experience using Quickbooks Online is preferred.
- Strong organizational and prioritizing abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Experience maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional setting work experience is required.

Physical Demand
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, reach, or otherwise move objects up to 50lbs.

- Local travel to/from store, restaurant, etc., or client site may be needed on occasion.

Compensation
- Salary range is $52,000 - $56,000 annually depending on experience.
Job Type
- Full-time with an average workweek comprising 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
- In-Office: Required to work on site at the Digital323 Greenwood Village office during all normal work activities.
