About the Role
We’re hiring a hands-on Door-to-Door Sales Manager to build and run our field team.
- Knocking doors
- Talking to homeowners
- Scheduling roof inspections
Your job is to recruit, train, and manage a team that produces consistent appointments every day.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Hiring and building a team of door-to-door reps
- Training reps on scripts, approach, and objection handling
- Managing daily activity (doors knocked, conversations, inspections set)
- Running ride-alongs and in-field coaching
- Holding reps accountable to performance standards
- Leading from the front (you will be in the field with your team)
What Success Looks Like
- Reps consistently knocking doors daily
- Strong appointment volume every week
- Low turnover and improving team performance
Compensation
- Base salary (depends on experience)
- Bonuses based on team performance
- Overrides on all inspections your team sets
- The more your team produces, the more you make.
Qualifications
- Door-to-door experience (required)
- Leadership or team management experience (preferred)
- Comfortable recruiting and hiring your own team
- Strong accountability, you track numbers and enforce standards
- Roofing knowledge highly preferred
