Compensation: $14–$18/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a professional and personable Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in creating a positive client experience.
Position Summary
The Client Service Representative is responsible for managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling client communication, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the hospital.
This role plays a critical part in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the medical team and maintaining organization at the front of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and manage front desk flow
Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
Communicate clearly with clients regarding services and policies
Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately
Maintain accurate client and patient records
Coordinate with technicians and doctors to ensure smooth workflow
Provide a positive, professional, and organized client experience
What We’re Looking For
Previous customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Comfortable handling phones, scheduling, and client interactions
