Account Manager – Tampa, FL
MCWBS Inc. is growing our in-store sales team in the Tampa area and looking for people with a competitive, team-oriented background — former athletes, coaches, and team leaders tend to do well in this role, but it's open to anyone with that mindset. No sales experience required; we train for the role.
This is an in-person, in-store position — no cold calling, no door-to-door. You'll work inside major retail locations, engaging customers and helping them choose the right wireless products and services.
The team also meets in the office a few days a week for training and coaching. Promotions here are based on performance and consistency, not tenure — we promote from within when people earn it.

Responsibilities
- Engage customers and build rapport on the retail floor
- Identify customer needs and recommend wireless solutions
- Follow a structured sales process
- Attend team meetings, coaching, and training
- Represent MCWBS Inc. professionally
Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- Background in athletics, coaching, or team leadership a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Coachable and reliable
- Able to pass a background check
- No sales experience required
Compensation
- $14/hour base pay
- Performance bonuses ($900–$1,500 average weekly)
