We are looking for an independent, problem-solving licensed electrician who wants autonomy, respects a system-driven culture, takes pride in their work and values their time off. "The devil's in the details type mindset"
The Schedule: 4x10s (Tuesday – Friday). You get a guaranteed three-day weekend, every single week, we cut your travel days by 20% right off the bat.
What You’ll Be Doing: Executing top caliber electrical installations; high end residential, Installing and servicing commercial and electrical build-outs. Serving as one of our installer for our Kohler Generator division. (Training provided)
Running your van and your jobs autonomously without someone constantly breathing down your neck. Advancement opportunities available.
What We Are Looking For: Active Vermont Electrical License (Journeyman or Master). HVAC and Generator experience a bonus! Mountain-Ready Transit: You must have reliable transportation equipped to handle winter mountain routes. We have fully equipped company vehicles based at our West Dover shop.

Clean driving record, basic background check, good standing electrical license and hand tools required.

Pay: $32.00 - $46.76 per hour
