Kids ‘R’ Kids of Riverstone
Kids ‘R’ Kids of Riverstone is seeking a passionate, dependable Preschool Teacher to join our high-performing early childhood education team. This role is designed for an educator who thrives in a structured learning environment, values collaboration, and is committed to delivering high-quality instruction that supports the whole child.
Our teachers implement Kids ‘R’ Kids’ proprietary, research-based curriculum and are supported by an on-site Curriculum Coordinator who provides instructional guidance, coaching, and planning support—allowing teachers to focus on what matters most: impactful teaching and meaningful relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans using the Kids ‘R’ Kids proprietary curriculum
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Observe, assess, and document student progress
- Collaborate with the Curriculum Coordinator to ensure instructional alignment and best practices
- Maintain open, professional communication with families and leadership
- Ensure compliance with state licensing standards and Kids ‘R’ Kids policies
Qualifications:
- Previous preschool or early childhood classroom experience (Preferred)
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based structure
- Passion for early learning and child development
