About the role
We are seeking a Supervisor with a strong background in plumbing to oversee commercial and/or residential plumbing projects from planning through completion.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage plumbing projects from pre-construction through final inspection and closeout.
- Lead and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain productivity and quality on site.
- Manage crew on site
- Enforce all safety regulations, building codes, and OSHA compliance standards on every job site.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, inspectors, and municipal permitting authorities.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in plumbing (journeyman, foreman, or estimator level)
- 2+ years in supervisory role
- Solid knowledge of plumbing codes, local regulations, and permitting processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Beneficial to have:
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential projects
- Estimating experience and familiarity with bid processes
- OSHA 30 certification
