Responsibilities
- Drives sales through providing an authentic and genuine store experience to each customer.
- Has product knowledge and initiates conversation.
- Contributes to a positive, fun, and respectful environment; puts the customer first.
- Accurately rings customer purchases and counts change back to customer.
- Promotes current promotions and loyalty programs during customer interaction.
- Collaborates with the team and leadership. Shares ideas, participates in meetings, brand focuses, and always looks for ways to improve.
- Helps with the shipment process by tagging new merchandise to familiarize and gain knowledge of new products.
- Accurately prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
- Contributes to the image of the store by maintaining cleanliness and neatness.
- Adheres to the store’s safety standards.
- Adheres to inventory accuracy.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures; and labor laws.
Qualifications
- Must be available Monday through Wednesday 1:15pm-6:15pm and as needed.
- Represents the brand and company values; creates an engaging store experience on the sales floor.
- Passion and love for Mexican inspired fashion and self-care items.
- Experience in retail and customer service. High-end retail is preferred.
- Experience being a team player.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store. Including weekends, nights, and non major holidays.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Proficiency in english and spanish is a plus.
