Patient Care Coordinator

Are you someone who loves organization, building relationships, and helping people stay on track with their health? Harvest Dental is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team!
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping schedules organized, communicating with patients, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes. You'll work closely with our doctors, hygienists, and front office team to ensure every patient receives exceptional care and leaves with a clear plan for their dental health.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate patient treatment scheduling.
- Schedule future hygiene recall appointments.
- Fill hygiene schedule openings quickly and efficiently.
- Contact overdue recall patients.
- Monitor and report hygiene scheduling metrics.
- Coordinate hygiene trainings and lunch-and-learns with dental representatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Help maintain an efficient, productive schedule for our clinical team.
- Review inactive patient reports and implement outreach efforts to successfully reactivate patients who have fallen out of care.
- Monitor patient retention trends and assist in identifying opportunities to improve retention and reduce attrition.

Qualifications
- No dental experience? No problem! We're looking for the right person with a great attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to learn. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong phone communication skills.

- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
