Job Objectives:
Goal-oriented individual seeking a position as Team Lead with SCA in order to apply leadership and management skills to motivate team members and increase productivity.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members.
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
- Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behavior
- Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback
Qualification:
· High school diploma or similar.
· Minimum of 5years-experience.
· On-the-job training.
· Computer literate.
· Bilingual in Spanish and English
· Basic knowledge of company policies and procedures and safety practices
· Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences.
Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
