ACES is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Fabricator to join our production team. In this role, you will fabricate aircraft seat cushion assemblies and production tooling to precise manufacturing specifications, contributing directly to the quality and safety of FAA-regulated aviation interior components. You will also prepare test specimens and perform other duties as required, including learning how to perform flammability testing to FAA requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing specifications
- 1-5 years of manufacturing experience
- Experience with one or more of the following: sheet metal fabrication and upholstery foam
- Ability to weld would be helpful for occasional jobs
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proof of U.S. citizenship required - documentation must be provided upon request
