QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree and Missouri Early Childhood Certification or Elementary Teaching Certificate with Early Childhood Environment

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Lead a play-based pre-school classroom to ensure school-readiness as children transition to kindergarten.

Develop and implement projects and investigations that encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration among children.

Use Conscious Discipline to maintain a positive and safe learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Indoor and outdoor classroom environment and outdoor recess (weather permitting).
