We are a family-owned construction equipment business, open for 38 years with an outstanding reputation all over the Valley for honest and quality in the work that we do for our customers. We are open Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Compensation is an hourly rate (determined upon experience and skills) and a benefit package including 401K, paid vacation and holidays. Medical insurance, dental and Aflac are available.
· Minimum 3 years of part experience required for this position
· Strong customer service and sales skills
· Bilingual English and Spanish is required
· Teamwork/strong communications skills to ensure the parts department runs smoothly
· Help counter/phone customer’s find the correct parts
· Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure all parts are available for shop repair jobs
· Previous mechanical experience/knowledge is a plus
· Complete special orders for customers and shop
· Pull parts for orders/shop jobs from inventory
· Receive and verify parts/quantities against packing slip, invoice and P.O.
· Contact vendor regarding to resolve any shortages, incorrect parts or damaged parts
· Prepare part orders for shipment to customers including packaging, creating shipping label or BOL
· Maintain accurate receiving, shipping and return records
· Stock inventory in correct location
· Maintain parts department aisles, bins and other storage areas in a clean and orderly fashion.
· Problem-solving skills to resolve parts inventory issues
· Mathematical skills to calculate inventory, pricing and estimates/quotes
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes loud shop environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
