We are seeking a Senior Regulatory Operations Specialist to support a global regulatory portfolio optimization initiative. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for managing, analyzing, and optimizing regulatory licenses across international markets. The ideal candidate has strong international regulatory experience, advanced Excel skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and the communication skills necessary to collaborate across global teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary coordinator for global regulatory license optimization activities
- Analyze regulatory license data, revenue data, and business metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Organize and present complex datasets in a clear, actionable format for business stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders and international regulatory contacts to evaluate license retention and optimization opportunities
- Track, document, and implement regulatory portfolio decisions across multiple countries
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide project visibility and status updates
- Calculate and report cost avoidance and savings generated through portfolio optimization efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Commercial Operations, and international partners
- Support process improvement initiatives and data management projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years of regulatory affairs, regulatory operations, or related experience
- 1-3 years of international/global regulatory experience required
- Advanced to expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including complex data analysis and reporting
- Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different countries and functions
