Job description
We are currently seeking dedicated production employees to join our pre-cast concrete and rebar facility in Mansfield, TX. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, including rebar reinforcement, form assembly, and final concrete finishing. Pay rate : $18 hr
Shift: M-F 6am-finish (8-12hours)
_must be able to work 40-70 hours

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately read and interpret drawings and blueprints
- Cutting, bending, and tying rebar or wire mesh to reinforce the concrete structure.
- Designing and assembling metal forms to dictate the size and shape of the concrete pour.
- Raking, shoveling, and using screeds (straightedges) to level the concrete evenly with the top of the forms
- Facility maintenance and housekeeping
- Concrete finishing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience working in construction/rebar/concrete
- Have knowledge of measurements and using tools
- Ability to work in Outdoor environments
