Position Summary
The Client Support Associate provides administrative and service support to clients and internal advisors at DP Grow. This role is responsible for assisting employers and plan participants with retirement plan services, including onboarding, account support, and plan administration.
DP Grow delivers customized retirement plan solutions, including employer sponsored retirement plans with payroll platform integration. The Client Support Associate plays a key role in ensuring a high-quality service experience for clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries related to retirement plan accounts and services.
- Respond to client requests via phone, email, and internal support channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist employers and plan participants with account access, plan changes, and general service questions.
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors and relationship managers.
Retirement Plan Administration Support
- Assist with onboarding new clients and retirement plans.
- Support plan administration processes including coordination of enrollment meetings, and annual plan documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll providers and platform partners to ensure accurate plan integration and reporting.
- Monitor and track client service requests to ensure timely resolution.
Operational & Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM and internal systems.
- Assist with preparation of client reports, presentations, and communications.
- Coordinate scheduling of client meetings, reviews, and onboarding calls.
- Support compliance and documentation processes related to retirement plan administration.
Client Experience & Education
- Help deliver resources and tools that support employee engagement with retirement plans.
- Assist clients in navigating online account platforms and financial tools.
- Support communication initiatives related to plan updates and participant education.
Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, benefits administration, or client support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational processes and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred
- Experience with retirement plans, 401(k) administration, or financial advisory services.
- Experience with CRM software and financial reporting tools.
- Knowledge of ERISA or retirement plan compliance concepts.
