About the Role
This is a career assistant position for a licensed cosmetologist who thrives in structure, systems, and supporting elite stylists — not someone seeking to grow into a stylist role. You’ll be the operational backbone of the floor, ensuring seamless service flow, immaculate environment standards, and elevated guest care.
You’ll work closely with our senior team to uphold the salon’s brand standards and maintain the level of excellence our guests expect.
What You’ll Own
- Guest Experience Flow — Greeting, guiding, and supporting guests throughout their visit with warmth and professionalism.
- Technical Support — Shampooing, toning, blow‑drying, treatment application, and assisting stylists during services.
- Operational Excellence — Laundry, sanitation, inventory restock, station resets, and maintaining a pristine environment.
- Color & Service Prep — Organizing and ensuring stylists have everything they need before each service.
- Brand Standards — Upholding consistency, pace, and quality across every guest touchpoint.

Requirements
- Active California cosmetology license
- Ability to work Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00–5:30
