Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Required Qualifications:
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedures
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to manage demanding caseloads effectively
- Strong research and legal analysis capabilities
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate merits of personal injury cases and develop case strategies
- Provide counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process
- Conduct thorough medical record review and case analysis
- Negotiate favorable settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Supervise and direct support staff
- Maintain professional, courteous relationships with clients and colleagues
- Adhere to firm policies and procedures
