What You'll Do
- Build relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their unique needs.
- Recommend personalized insurance solutions that provide real peace of mind.
- Generate new business through referrals, lead follow-up, and networking.
- Review coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients.
- Educate customers so they can make confident insurance decisions.
- Deliver exceptional service that creates loyal, lifelong customers.
What We're Looking For
- Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines License.
- Confident and comfortable having sales conversations.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve personal and professional goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
