Compass of Hope is seeking a licensed or prelicensed therapist in our Hampton, NH office. The ideal candidate is driven, professional, dedicated to patient outcomes and learning. In this role, you'll provide evidence based therapy services to all ages and work with our dynamic mental health team of psychologists, nurse practitioners and therapists.
Responsibilities

Attend weekly individual supervision and group supervision

Attend weekly team consultation meeting

Deliver culturally responsive and trauma informed care

Provide direct service delivery

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency policies

Function professionally and in a manner that protects the integrity, confidentiality and rights of all clients

Requirements

A masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychologist or Marriage and Family Therapist

Independently licensed in NH (willingness to obtain MA and ME licensure) preferred

Ability to manage time effectively, support overall operations and be a contributing member of the team

Ability to work independently and while also be apart of a team and communicate when additional support is needed
