Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student engagement
- Utilize Montessori teaching methods to foster independence and self-discovery
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with special education needs or behavioral challenges
- Foster social-emotional development through positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
- Assess student progress through observation, assessments, and evaluations
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of Montessori teaching methods and principles
- Strong understanding of child development theories and practices
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children
Skills:
